At 15 years old, Boss is a Dutch Harness Horse standing an impressive 17.3 hands tall (about 6’6” at the base of his neck). Despite his size, he’s a true gentle giant. Boss excels in jumpers, dressage, and cross-country, while also being a steady trail companion. His versatility makes him a favorite for riders seeking both challenge and reassurance.
Saddleview Horseback Riding in the Poconos
This was an amazing place with remarkable people. Hop was extremely friendly and helpful. And Marie made the most incredible breakfast. They made us feel like we were part of the family. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. He gave us a tour and let us feed and pet the horses, who I now love! And the pool and hot tub were absolutely wonderful! I can’t say enough about how much I love Saddleview! I would strongly recommend this place to anyone traveling in Pennsylvania. It is a must see. I definitely plan on returning.
