General Policies
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-In: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Check-Out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to an additional fee.
Reservations & Cancellations
- A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation.
- Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
- No-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
Children & Additional Guests
- Our accommodations are designed for a peaceful getaway. Children are welcome, but parents/guardians must supervise them at all times, especially in outdoor areas, near horses, and at the indoor pool.
- Room occupancy limits must be observed. Additional guests beyond the stated occupancy may not be permitted.
Indoor Pool Policies
- Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Guests must shower before entering the pool.
- No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk.
- Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- No food, glass containers, or alcohol are allowed in the pool area.
- Running, diving, or rough play is strictly prohibited.
- The pool is for registered guests only.
Horseback Riding & Stable Policies
- Horseback riding and stable access are available by reservation only.
- Guests must sign a liability waiver before participating in any equestrian activities.
- Proper footwear is required—no flip-flops, sandals, or open-toed shoes.
- Helmets (provided) must be worn when riding.
- Riders must follow all instructions given by staff for their safety and the safety of the horses.
- Feeding or approaching horses without staff permission is not allowed.
Property Policies
Smoking & Alcohol
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside all buildings. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for any violations.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted in designated areas, but excessive drinking and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Pets
- No pets allowed to ensure the comfort of all guests and the safety of our horses. Service animals are welcome with prior notice.
Quiet Hours
- To ensure a peaceful experience for all guests, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Damage & Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, rooms, or furnishings. A minimum $50 cleaning fee may be charged if the room is left in poor condition.
- Saddleview Bed & Breakfast is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Additional Information
- Housekeeping service is provided upon request for stays longer than 2 nights.
- Lost room keys incur a $25 replacement fee.
